Acceptance of Terms CreditHound.io ("CreditHound," the "Service") is owned and operated by LeadsAi LLC ("LeadsAi," "we," "us," "our"). By using CreditHound, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. However, Section 13A (Individual Proceedings and Class-Action Waiver) applies only after you affirmatively accept it by checking the Terms box and submitting your request; visiting or using the website alone does not make Section 13A apply to you. You must be at least 18 years old to use CreditHound. 2. Description of Service CreditHound is a free questionnaire and education service that helps consumers think through potential errors on their credit reports and - where appropriate - connects them with partner law firms who may pursue the matter. Our service includes: A short questionnaire about what you believe is wrong on your credit report. We do not pull, collect, or review your credit report. Connecting users with FCRA attorneys when attorney review may be appropriate. Attorneys independently evaluate whether legal claims exist and, if they take the matter, handle any dispute correspondence, filings, or litigation. CreditHound does not draft, send, mail, or file dispute letters on your behalf. Any dispute correspondence with credit bureaus or furnishers is either sent by you or handled by the partner law firm that takes your case. The content on CreditHound.io provides general consumer information. It is not legal advice or regulatory guidance. This information may include links or references to third-party resources or content. We do not endorse the third-party or guarantee the accuracy of this third-party information. There may be other resources that also serve your needs. 3. What CreditHound Is Not CreditHound is not a credit repair organization (CRO) as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. ยง 1679 et seq. We do not promise or guarantee to improve your credit score. We do not advise you to dispute accurate information on your credit report. We do not draft, send, mail, or file dispute letters on your behalf. We do not charge fees for credit repair services - our review is free. Questionnaire results are informational only and does not constitute legal advice. Attorney referrals connect you with partner attorneys who make their own case evaluations. 4. User Responsibilities You must provide accurate information. You should only claim an item is inaccurate if you genuinely believe it is. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose. 5. Results Disclaimer Questionnaire results are based only on your answers and may be incomplete. Results should be considered a starting point, not a definitive legal assessment. We recommend reviewing results with a qualified attorney for legal matters. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of questionnaire results. The identification of a "potential error" does not mean the item is definitively an error. 6. No Cost to Consumers All CreditHound services are provided at no cost to the consumer. CreditHound never charges consumers fees of any kind. 7. Attorney Referrals, Firm Relationships, and Your Right to Choose CreditHound may refer you to FCRA attorneys in our partner network. CreditHound works with a limited number of law firms. We do not survey or refer to all attorneys who handle FCRA matters, and a referral is not a recommendation that any particular firm is the best or only option for you. Affiliation disclosure: LeadsAI LLC and one of the partner law firms have common ownership. That firm may receive matters submitted through CreditHound. This is a financial and ownership interest you should consider when deciding whether to work with a referred firm. Partner firms may associate with, or act as co-counsel with, other law firms on your matter, and those firms may divide or share legal fees as permitted by the applicable rules of professional conduct. Any fee division requires your informed consent, confirmed in writing, in the engagement agreement you sign with the firm - not with CreditHound. Fee sharing does not increase the total fee you would otherwise owe. You are free to consult any lawyer you choose. You are never required to use a partner firm, and you may hire independent counsel, use a legal aid or bar-association referral service, or handle the matter yourself at any time. Attorneys are independent professionals - CreditHound does not control their legal advice or representation. Any attorney-client relationship is between you and the attorney, not CreditHound. No attorney-client relationship is created by using CreditHound. How partner firm fees generally work. The exact terms are set in the firm's written engagement agreement, which controls. As generally structured: The firm works on a contingency fee basis, meaning it earns legal fees only if a favorable result is obtained. No upfront or out-of-pocket fees. Costs and expenses (such as court fees and postage) are advanced by the firm and reimbursed only from any cash recovered. If nothing is recovered, you owe nothing. If the recovery is entirely non-cash (for example, debt reduction or correction of your credit report), no attorney's fee is due. If cash is recovered, the firm's fee is the greater of (a) the amount paid by the opposing party for attorney's fees, if separately paid, or (b) a percentage of the gross cash recovery stated in the engagement agreement. In short, you pay a fee only if cash is recovered, and you never pay out of pocket. LeadsAi is compensated by participating law firms for technology, administrative, and marketing services; that compensation does not depend on whether you hire a law firm or on the outcome of any legal matter. LeadsAi does not charge consumers for its services. This compensation does not affect your access to CreditHound's free questionnaire, whether a law firm accepts your matter, or your legal rights. Attorney advertising. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. 8. Communications and AI Voice Assistant When you submit a request through CreditHound, you agree that CreditHound (LeadsAi LLC) and, if you qualify and request it, a partner law firm may contact you at the phone number and email you provided - including by autodialed calls, text messages, and prerecorded or artificial/AI-generated voice - as described in the consent shown when you submit. Consent is not a condition of using the Service. Calls to the phone number on our website, and calls we place to you, may be handled by an automated AI voice assistant. If asked, the assistant will identify itself as an AI assistant. It is not an attorney and does not provide legal advice. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. If you continue a call after being told it may be recorded, you consent to the recording. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text, telling our assistant or team to stop during a call, or emailing contact@credithound.io. Reply HELP for help. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We do not text about credit repair, debt collection, debt relief, debt consolidation, debt settlement, loans, or any other high-risk financial offer. 9. You may delete your account at any time. Termination does not affect ongoing disputes or legal proceedings. 13. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware. 13A. Individual Proceedings and Class-Action Waiver PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. WHERE ENFORCEABLE, IT REQUIRES YOU AND LEADSAI LLC TO PURSUE CLAIMS AGAINST EACH OTHER INDIVIDUALLY AND WAIVES PARTICIPATION IN CLASS ACTIONS. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and LeadsAi LLC agree that claims between you and LeadsAi LLC arising out of or relating to CreditHound's website, services, or these Terms will be brought only in an individual capacity. Neither party may bring or participate in such a claim as a class representative or class member in a class action against the other party. This section does not require arbitration or waive a jury trial. It does not govern your claims against credit bureaus, furnishers, or other third parties, or change any separate engagement agreement with a law firm. Nothing in this section or elsewhere in these Terms limits any substantive right, protection, cause of action, or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived, including under the Credit Repair Organizations Act or other applicable consumer-protection law. Where applicable law prohibits their restriction, statutory damages, punitive damages, attorneys' fees, costs, public injunctive relief, and class or representative proceedings remain available. Nothing prevents either party from reporting concerns to, communicating with, or participating in proceedings before a government agency, or limits governmental enforcement authority. These protections control over any conflicting limitation elsewhere in these Terms. A court of competent jurisdiction will determine this section's enforceability. If any restriction is unenforceable for a particular claim or remedy, that restriction will not apply to that claim or remedy, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. This section applies only to disputes arising from acts or omissions occurring after you affirmatively accept this version of the Terms. Merely visiting the website does not constitute acceptance of this section. 14. Changes to Terms We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email. Except as stated below, continued use of CreditHound after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Continued use does not constitute acceptance of Section 13A or any later change to it: Section 13A applies only if you affirmatively accept that version of these Terms, and only to disputes arising from acts or omissions occurring after that acceptance. Prior versions of these Terms are archived; the version in effect before this one is available here. 15. Contact CreditHound.io is owned and operated by LeadsAi LLC. Email: contact@credithound.io
