1. Acceptance of Terms

CreditHound.io ("CreditHound," the "Service") is owned and operated by LeadsAI LLC ("LeadsAI," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using CreditHound, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use CreditHound.

2. Description of Service

CreditHound is a free AI-powered tool that helps consumers spot potential errors on their credit reports and — where appropriate — connects them with independent partner law firms who may pursue the matter. Our service includes:

• Identifying possible inaccuracies, outdated information, and possible FCRA-related issues on your credit reports for your review.
• Connecting users with FCRA attorneys when attorney review may be appropriate. Attorneys independently evaluate whether legal claims exist and, if they take the matter, handle any dispute correspondence, filings, or litigation.

CreditHound does not draft, send, mail, or file dispute letters on your behalf. Any dispute correspondence with credit bureaus or furnishers is either sent by you or handled by the partner law firm that takes your case.

This information may include links or references to third-party resources or content. We do not endorse the third-party or guarantee the accuracy of this third-party information. There may be other resources that also serve your needs.

• You must provide accurate information.
• You must only upload your own credit reports — not someone else's.
• You should only claim an item is inaccurate if you genuinely believe it is.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. AI Analysis Disclaimer

• Our analysis is performed by artificial intelligence and may contain errors.
• AI results should be considered a starting point, not a definitive legal assessment.
• We recommend reviewing results with a qualified attorney for legal matters.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated analysis.
• The identification of a "potential error" does not mean the item is definitively an error.

6. No Cost to Consumers

All CreditHound services are provided at no cost to the consumer. CreditHound never charges consumers fees of any kind.

7. Attorney Referrals

• CreditHound may refer you to independent FCRA attorneys in our partner network.
• Attorneys are independent professionals — CreditHound does not control their legal advice or representation.
• Any attorney-client relationship is between you and the attorney, not CreditHound.
• FCRA attorneys typically work on contingency (no cost to you unless they win).
• CreditHound may receive marketing fees from participating law firms for marketing and advertising services. These fees do not affect your access to CreditHound's free analysis, whether a law firm accepts your matter, or your legal rights.

8. Intellectual Property

CreditHound's AI analysis engine, software, and branding are owned by LeadsAI LLC, which operates CreditHound.io.

You retain ownership of your credit report data and personal information. You grant CreditHound a limited license to process your credit report data for analysis purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

• CreditHound is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service.
• Because CreditHound is free to consumers, our aggregate liability to you is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We are not responsible for actions taken by credit bureaus, data furnishers, or attorneys.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadsAI LLC (operator of CreditHound.io), and its officers, employees, and agents, from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, disputing information you know to be accurate.

11. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms.
• You may delete your account at any time.
• Termination does not affect ongoing disputes or legal proceedings.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email. Continued use of CreditHound after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
